This challenge is the ultimate boost of motivation to start 2025 off STRONG & take your physique to the NEXT LEVEL
It’s time to lock in harder than ever before and put yourself first so you can be unrecognizable MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY over the next 3-6 months
WORKOUTS + NUTRITION
The objective is to pick any of my three programs depending on your goals (GAINZ, BOOTY 101, or SHRED & SCULPT) to use for the entire duration of the challenge
REQUIREMENTS:
In order to participate in this challenge, you MUST own at-least ONE of the below programs to use for the challenge:

*Older programs (2018-2021) are NOT valid for this challenge*
If you do not own one of the above programs, you can purchase one BEFORE the deadline to use for the challenge. Deadline: January 11th 11:59PM EST
CASH PRIZE:
Those participating and submitting their before photos will have a chance to win a cash prize of $500!

You’ll notice you have 3 challenge options available
ABOUT OPTION 1: Option 1 is best if you want to opt out of joining the private groupchat community but still want to participate in the challenge for a chance to win the cash prize. You’ll be sent a challenge ebook that details how to get the most out of the challenge and how to take + submit your before photos.
ABOUT OPTION 2 & 3: Option 2 & 3 are best if you would like to join the private community that correlates to the guide you will be using.

This small fee helps to fund the weekly giveaway games & prizes that I host to hold everyone accountable & keep the atmosphere fun. It also funds the daily support that you’ll receive from my personal assistants who will try their best to answer your questions and hype you up all throughout the challenge 🙏🏾

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER CHECKOUT?
STEP 1: After enrolling (selecting an option, adding to your cart, and checking out)
You should receive an email with a big pink “Access Programs" button. Check your spam & promoting tab in case it goes in those folders
STEP 2: After clicking on the pink button, you will see a folder titled “Challenge Guide”. Upon clicking the folder, you’ll be able to click and view your challenge guide!
The challenge guide includes a brief introduction, tips on getting the most out of the challenge, instructions on properly taking & submitting your before + after photos, and the link for your motivational group chat (if you purchased Option 2 or 3).
** Group-chat acceptances will take place every few days leading up until the start of the challenge. Please be patient.
