My current fitness programs have been guiding fitness journeys since they first launched in 2018/2019, but soon they will be permanently discontinued to make room for a new era of BodyByTati.

BodyByTati's new 2022 in-app programs will take a more unique and DETAILED approach to online fitness programming to ensure that ANYONE of any level of experience, body type, background, and circumstance can achieve their dream fitness goals EASILY and affordably.


BodyByTati's new app and in-app fitness programs will not launch until mid 2022.

HOWEVER, until then, a new set of fitness programs in the form of 3 ebooks will launch in Febuary.


All 3 programs will come with 6 weeks worth of HOME & GYM workouts, a free nutrition guide, follow-along-to videos or workout video demos, warmups & stretches, and a completely different workout split.

These programs will be a great way to ease into my new style of programming until the in-app versions launch. The in-app versions will be similar but even BETTER programs that come with 3x more content, better known as the 2.0 versions. Upgrading will require a new purchase so finishing your 1.0 version will be recommended until you're ready to upgrade.

I gathered over 200 volunteers split up into 3 categories (fat loss, booty building, and weight gain) to test out my new programs before they launch over a 6-week period. Many experienced extreme success with the programs and others will be re-doing it January 3rd due to personal setbacks (COVID, Holidays, Stress, etc).

Their transformations will be showcased prior to the launch of my new programs!
